Crowne Plaza Kayseri by IHG

We went for a rest and wellness weekend. Upon entering we were warmly welcomed. The reception was very friendly and quick at check-in. All hotel staff were attentive, hospitable and service-oriented. The hotel room was spacious and spotlessly clean, which is very important to me. They had prepared fruit and small delicacies as a welcome gift. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had soft towels and all kinds of care items. There was a minibar but also plenty of tea and coffee to drink in the room. The cleanliness of the room, friendly welcome and service from all staff once again made for a comfortable stay at Crown Plaza in Kayseri. We enjoyed the wonderful authentic Turkish bath and swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was rich, varied and healthy. I also liked the location of the hotel towards Cappadoccia. In Kayseri again I would stay at Crown Plaza again and again..

The food was good, the personnel was very friendly, the stay was very comfortable.
